The Double Flip Shoulder Bag features 2 full-length zipper pockets thatform the front and back sides of the exterior bag. These pockets flipover to the front to conceal a hidden pocket underneath. Between the 2zippered sides, is the center cavity of the bag that features both a slippocket and an internal zipper pocket.
Finish the bag with a shoulderstrap attached with our Emmaline Brand Edge Connectors! Itsrecommended that you use quilting cotton weight fabric for the ExteriorFabric, and quilting cotton weight fabric, vinyl, heavy fabric or corkfabric for Exterior Accent Fabric.

This pattern suits an experienced intermediate to advanced bag maker.
The pattern includes colour digital drawingsand full size pattern pieces that include seam allowances for pattern pieces that are not simple rectangles. Cuttinginstructions are provided for you to use a rotary cutter, ruler and mat to cut rectangular pieces. Pattern instructions are in both imperial and metric measurements.
MATERIALS:
Yardages are approximate and based on 44 (112 cm) fabric. Less fabric will be required for wider widths of fabric.

(2)12 (30.5 cm) -Zippersfor Exterior Top Openings (4.5 or 5 nylon bag zipper, 1 1/4 wide, non-separating)– You can use a longer zipper or zipper by the yard (if using zipper yardage, cut at 13/33 cm.)
(1)9 (23 cm) -Zippersfor Lining Zipper Pocket (3 nylon all-purpose zipper, 1 wide, non-separating) – You can use a longer zipper, or 3 zipper by the yard if preferred.
(1) 3/4″ (18 mm)–Slim Magnetic Snap (NOTE: 9/16 (14 mm) Magnetic snaps are also suitable.)
